Michael ChartresMichael Chartres is a consultant in the corporate finance team having founded the corporate finance department of CLB many years ago. His broad experience continues to be sought by companies and organisations of all sizes - whether small family-run businesses or public companies - on a wide range of corporate finance matters. He also deals with cross-border work and particularly with emerging markets. As well as corporate finance, Michael’s other specialist area is property. Michael was Senior Partner of CLB. |

Odhran DoddOdhran has over 8 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He has worked on over 40 deals in a number of sectors, where he has advised on a wide range of disposals, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions, leading owner managers and corporates through the initial marketing, negotiation and agreement of terms to completion. |

Mark LingAs head of the Corporate Finance Division, Mark has led teams involved with numerous listings of clients on the London Stock Exchange, management buy-ins and buy-outs and related corporate finance activities. Mark has particular experience in bringing international businesses to AIM from a wide range of sectors. |

Claire PalmerClaire’s portfolio covers all aspects of corporate finance including flotations, takeover code advice, due diligence assignments, valuations, financial modelling, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and providing corporate finance advice to a wide range of companies. Claire has been involved with a number of AIM flotations at a senior level, both in the UK and overseas. |

Dominic RobertsDominic qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. He is a member of the Corporate Finance and Taxation faculties of the ICAEW and is also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Dominic provides corporate finance, strategic and tax advice to a wide range of clients with a particular expertise in advising growing entrepreneurial, publicly listed, and international clients. |
